Beer Bread

Super easy, yummy addition to any meal!


1 loaf


3 cups self-rising flour ⅓ cup sugar 1 teaspoon kosher salt 12 ounces beer 2 tablespoons melted butter

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Butter an 8x4 inch loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and beer; mix well. The mixture will be sticky. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes. 3. At the last three minutes of baking, remove from oven, brush the top of the loaf with the melted butter and return to oven for the final three minutes of baking.
