Healthy Mom's Kitchen: Blueberry Banana Muffins
This healthy recipe combines two breakfast favorites - blueberry muffins and banana bread. It's one of our family favorites!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Blueberries
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 tablespoons honey or agave
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Egg
3 Bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
