- Break loaf into large pieces and leave uncovered at room temperature overnight .
- Put pieces into a Cuisinart® food processor fitted with the chopping blade .Pulse to break up and then process until finely ground, about 40 to 60 seconds .
TIP: For seasoned breadcrumbs, add ¼ teaspoon each dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and ground onion flakes to bread pieces and process as above .
