Tropical Vitamin C Smoothie

You’ll barely taste the kale in this smoothie, but including it in your daily drink is a good way to sneak in some extra good-for-you greens, not to mention vitamin C.

 

Ingredients

 

¼ cup frozen mango pieces

 

1 large kale leaf (about ½ ounce), hard stem removed and cut into 1-inch pieces

 

¼ cup fresh pineapple pieces, cut into 1-inch pieces

 

½ cup fresh papaya pieces, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

 

½ cup orange juice

Instructions

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the travel cup. Secure blade assembly.

2. Run on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
