1 large kale leaf (about ½ ounce), hard stem removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ cup fresh pineapple pieces, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup fresh papaya pieces, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup orange juice
