Sunshine Colada

Ingredients

2 cups orange peach mango juice 8 ounces light rum 8 ounces cream of coconut 2 bananas, each broken into about 4 pieces 3 cups fresh pineapple, cut into ½-inch cubes 2½ cups frozen peaches

Instructions

Place all ingredients in order listed into a large pitcher. Using the Cuisinart® Cordless Hand Blender, blend using a gentle up-and-down motion until ingredients are homogenous, about 50 seconds. Be sure to keep the metal blade completely submerged while blending. Serve on its own or over ice.
