Ingredients

  • 1cup dairy-free milk
  • 1to 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1avocado, pitted and scooped
  • into pieces
  • 1cup packed baby spinach
  • 2teaspoons matcha powder
  • 2frozen bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation
