• 29 oz can apricot halves in light syrup drained
• 1 c 2 % milk
• 1.85 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
• 6 oz vanilla yogurt
• 3 c crushed ice

1. In a blender puree apricots and milk together until smooth.
2. Puree in pudding mix and yogurt until smooth.
3. Ice crush in ice 1 cup at a time.
4. Puree until smooth.
