Power Blast Protein Smoothie - 32 ounces

Blend up this smoothie for a post-workout boost. 


Makes about 5 cups


2          cups soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)

½         cup plain or vanilla yogurt

2          tablespoons protein powder

3          tablespoons almond butter (any nut butter may be substituted)

2          tablespoons honey

2          ripe bananas, quartered

1          cup frozen peaches

1          cup frozen blueberries

1.  Put ingredients into the blender jar in order listed.
