Ingredients
- 2cups soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2tablespoons protein powder
- 3tablespoons almond butter (any nut butter may be substituted)
- 2tablespoons honey
- 2ripe bananas, quartered
- 1cup frozen peaches
- 1cup frozen blueberries
Preparation
- 1.Put ingredients into the blender jar in order listed.
- 2.Blend on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
- 3.Serve immediately.
