Ingredients

  • 2cups soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2tablespoons protein powder
  • 3tablespoons almond butter (any nut butter may be substituted)
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 2ripe bananas, quartered
  • 1cup frozen peaches
  • 1cup frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. 1.Put ingredients into the blender jar in order listed.
