Tropical fruit smoothie with pineapple, mango & banana with soy milk & crushed ice....honey & spices are really optional.
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple
1 fresh or 1 can drained mango
1½ cups low-fat soy milk
1 teaspoon honey
2 cups crushed ice
sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg optional
Approx 100-150 Calories per serving relative to glass size
Pour soy milk in blender, add mango, pineapple & banana slices, honey & blend on medium speed until creamy. Add crushed ice & blend on high until frothy. Pour & serve in milkshake glasses with straw & sprinkle on spice if desired. Delishhhh pick u up!
