Peach Margarita

Garnish with a sprig of mint and fresh raspberries.

  • 1 cup frozen peaches 
  • 1 cup citrus juice (orange, lime, lemon in any combination) 
  • ⅓ cup good quality tequila 
  • ½ tablespoon Triple Sec or Grand Marnier 
  • 1-2 teaspoon granulated sugar

  1. Put all ingredients in mixing cup. Insert the hand blender, making sure the protective guard is submerged. Blend on High, using an up-and- down motion until ingredients are combined, about 30 seconds.
