Ingredients
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 8 whole cloves
- 1 orange, quartered, reserving the peel first for serving
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
Preparation
- 1. Add a bottle of red wine, 3 cinnamon sticks, pinch ground nutmeg, 8 whole cloves, 1 orange, peeled and quartered and ½ cup light brown sugar to the work bowl.
- 2. Secure Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set to 2 hours at 190°F.
