Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 1 orange, quartered, reserving the peel first for serving
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar

Preparation

  1. 1. Add a bottle of red wine, 3 cinnamon sticks, pinch ground nutmeg, 8 whole cloves, 1 orange, peeled and quartered and ½ cup light brown sugar to the work bowl.
  2. 2. Secure Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set to 2 hours at 190°F.
