Matcha is a great alternative to coffee to get your energy going in the mornings. Try first without additional sweetener, because some matcha powders have sweeteners in them.

Ingredients
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 cup milk (any variety, dairy or nondairy)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ to 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar, optional
Preparation
- 1. Put all ingredients into the blending cup.
- 2. Blend until frothy, about 45 seconds.
- 3. Serve over ice.
