Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/3cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1½ teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Preparation

    Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the mixing beaker. Using the blending shaft, select Speed 5 and blend, using an up-and-down motion, for 30 seconds.
