Ingredients

  • ½medium cucumber, halved lengthwise
  • 1cup packed spinach (baby or not)
  • 4romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4celery stalks
  • ¼cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems
  • ¼lime, peeled
  • pinch sea salt, optional

Preparation
