Fruit Protein Smoothie

This is a quick and healthy protein smoothie that is great when you are super hungry and want a quick fix.




2 bananas or equivalent (approx. 2 cups) of blueberries and or strawberries 2 scoops of whey protein (scoop included in whey protein container or use tablespoon) 3 ice cubes 2 cups of low fat milk 1 tablespoon of the sweetener of your choice (artificial, honey or sugar)

Place all the ingredients in a Cuisinart blender and put the lid on. Blend at low speed then on medium speed until it is the consistency of a smoothie. Pour into separate glasses, garnish with a piece of fruit and serve. yummy
