Combine in blender and blend until smooth.
I save the coffee leftovers of my french press every day, if there are any, and keep them in a container in my fridge. You can have iced coffee, shakes, frappes or cook with it whenever you want)
This is just an inspiration of flavor combinations, so I didn't list any amounts. Whenever I make shakes or smoothies I like to measure in the vessel that the thing is destined for. Usually I'll put the chunky or dense ingredients in the glass first like ice, banana and peanut butter, then a splash of vanilla (if using it), then fill to about ¾ to the top with the liquid. In this case it is coffee. Then I pour the contents of the glass into the blender and I'll know that I will have just enough shake for the glass.
