Coconut Cardamon Date Smoothie

Thanks to the canned coconut milk, this smoothie has a great, thick texture. The health benefits are hidden by the sweetness of the dates.


Makes about 2²∕³ cups


1             can coconut milk you may use “lite”

½           teaspoon ground cardamom

               pinch kosher salt

6             dates, pitted

6             ice cubes
