COCONUT CARDAMOM DATE SMOOTHIE

Thanks to the canned coconut milk, this smoothie
has a great, thick texture. The health benefits are hidden
by the sweetness of the dates.

Makes about 2²∕³ cups

Ingredients

1             can coconut milk (you may use “lite”
if concerned about the fat content)

½           teaspoon ground cardamom

               pinch kosher salt

6             dates, pitted

6             ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid.
