2cups vanilla ice cream
¾cup eggnog
1ounce vodka
1ounce hazelnut liqueur
Ground nutmeg
Gingersnap cookie, finely grated

Instructions
1. Put the ice cream, eggnog, vodka, and liquor into the blender jar of the Cuisinart Hurricane Velocity Blender.
2. Cover and blend on Low until homogenous, about 30 seconds.
3. Divide into serving glasses and top each with a pinch of ground nutmeg and freshly grated gingersnap.
