Peel grapefruit, lemon, and apples. Slice each fruit into smaller chunks manageable for your blender.
Add all fruit and water to blender, along with only 1 mint leaf. Blend until smooth.
Place into pitcher, and add 5 remaining mint leaves to soak in drink. Add ice.
Let chill in fridge before serving. The longer the better, so the mint soaks in. Bring in a cooler to any picnic for a nice refresher!
