- 3cups coconut milk (canned is preferred for a thicker smoothie)
- 2tablespoons flax or coconut oil
- ¼teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ounce (1-inch piece) fresh ginger, peeled and halved
- 2cups frozen cherries
