Cantaloupe Shake

Delicious and refreshing drink for the whole family. This is a simple and easy shake and it can also be made into a dessert.

Ingredients

Cantaloupe condensed milk (or milk and sugar) ice

Instructions

1. Slice up one whole cantaloupe. Add one can of condensed milk and blend. Pour half into a container and add about 3 to 4 cups of ice and blend well. Serves 3 to 4. 2. With the remaining mixture do the same or add 1 can of evaporated milk. Freeze. Mix every hour until frozen to a sorbet consistency. This is a wonderful dessert.
