3      ice cubes
½     ripe banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
½     ripe avocado, pitted, cut into 1-inch pieces
1      cup rice milk
2      teaspoons honey
        Pinch ground cinnamon

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
Secure the blade assembly.
