Very easy and delicious treat for all ages. Also makes a fantastic healthy dessert alternative!

Ingredients

1/2 cups frozen mango chunks 1/2 cup fat free milk 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 tbsp granulated sugar or according to taste 1/2 tsp cardamom powder or according to taste
