Ingredients
1 large apple (red delicious or macintosh)
1 cup skim milk
Cardamom powder
granulated sugar
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions
Cut up apple into chunks and drop into blender, add milk, ½ teaspoon cardamom powder (or more according to taste) and at least 1 teaspoon or more of sugar. Blend until all apple chunks are gone. Serve in chilled glasses. You may add a scoop of ice cream into blender for an extra cold treat.
