1. Put at least 10 ounces of water into your kettle and select the Green setting. 2. While water is heating, put the ginger, lemon juice and honey into an 8-ounce mug. Add the tea. Pour 8 ounces of the hot water over the tea and stir to combine. 3. Let tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
