Pistachio Milkshake


1 cup non-fat milk
2 1/2 cups pistachio ice cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch table salt
4 teaspoons toasted, chopped pistachios, divided


Place milk, ice cream, vanilla and salt in the jar of a Cuisinart blender. Cover and set on Liquefy. Blend until smooth, creamy and thick, about 1 minute.
Pour mixture into four tall glasses; top each with one teaspoon of the chopped pistachios.
