Ingredients
1 cup non-fat milk
2½ cups pistachio ice cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch table salt
4 teaspoons toasted,chopped pistachios, divided

Instructions
1. Place milk, ice cream, vanilla and salt in the jar of a Cuisinart blender. Cover and set on Liquefy.
2. Blend until smooth, creamy and thick, about 1 minute. Pour mixture into four tall glasses; top each with one teaspoon of the chopped pistachios.
