1/2 cup coconut water


1/2 cup plain yogurt


2 bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces


1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered


1 cup frozen blueberries


1 cup frozen cherries 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
