Icy Coffee

This rich coffee drink is creamy and loaded with flavor.
The sugar is optional, based on your preference.

Makes 3½ cups

Ingredients

1             cup whole milk

1             cup heavy cream

5             teaspoons instant espresso

1 to 2     tablespoons granulated sugar, optional

12           ice cubes

¼           teaspoon ground cinnamon, for serving

Instructions

 

Put milk, heavy cream, espresso and sugar, if using, into the blender jar
in the order listed. Secure lid.

Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend for 10 seconds.

Add ice cubes to the blender jar. Secure lid.

Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until fully smooth and homogenous, about 30 seconds.

Serve immediately with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
