This is a super-easy, healthy dip or spread that is full of flavor and protein.
1 (15 oz). can Roman beans (or two cups)
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ small onion, minced
½ teaspoon salt
Cayenne to taste (optional)

Add all ingredients in Cuisinart Stand Mixer food processor attachment.
Blend until smooth, adding small amounts of water to achieve desired consistency. Chill.
