1 (15 oz). can Roman beans (or two cups) ¼ cup tahini ¼ cup fresh lime juice 1 clove garlic, crushed ½ small onion, minced ½ teaspoon salt Black pepper Cayenne to taste (optional)

Rinse beans well. Add all ingredients in Cuisinart Stand Mixer food processor attachment. Blend until smooth, adding small amounts of water to achieve desired consistency. Chill.
