Yummy Avocado

This colorful, healthy dish can be served as a dip or as a salad.

2 large ripe avocados, large dice 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes ½ cup (or to taste) finely chopped cilantro 1 large, ripe mango, peeled & coarsely chopped ¼ cup finely diced green onions or purple onion juice of 2 fresh limes Salt & Lemon pepper

Gently mix all of the chopped ingredients leaving the fruits in large chunks. Add seasoning to taste; Add fresh squeezed lime juice. Chill. Colorful served on a whole leaf of romaine lettuce as a salad or with tortilla chips or crackers. This gets rave reviews!
