Yogurt Vegetable Dip with Ginger and Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

2 scallions chopped 1 carrot shredded 1 clove garlic minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh lemon basil 1 cup plain yogurt ½ cup fat free mayonnaise 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce 2 tablespoons shredded fresh ginger ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 box (9 ounces) Brown Rice and Wheat Roasted Red Pepper and Red Bean crackers (I use Triscuit)

Instructions

Place first 9 ingredients into heavy duty blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth. Place in medium bowl. Refrigerate until needed. Eat with crackers.
