1. On slice of whole grain bread spread with light coating of mayonnaise
2. Lay slices of turkey on bread, add sliced or mashed avocado
3. Put bacon on top of Avocado then slices of cheese of choice.
4. spread light coating on mayonnaise on outside of bread and putonto sandwich grill or panini presss
5. onto sandwich grill or panini press till toasted
