Mix and chill and serve with veggies and pita chips

1 can (19 oz.) Cannellini Beans,drained 3 Tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts 2 cloves garlic 4 tsp. lemon rind 3 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp Olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
