1 can refried black beans (fat-free works well)
⅓ cup reduced fat sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cumin

Heat beans in saucepan on stove top. Add ½ cup cheese and the remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture is combined and the cheese melts. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheddar over mixture in serving bowl if desired. Garnish with a sprig of fresh cilantro.
