Vegetarian Chopped Liver

A healthy alternative to a very popular recipe, chopped liver. All my friends love it! I am always asked to bring it to a dinner party. Some people swear it tastes just like the real thing.

Ingredients

1 Onion, chopped 1 Can LeSeur Baby Peas 1 Cup chopped walnuts 2 hard-boiled eggs Cooking oil

Instructions

Saute chopped onions in oil. Meanwhile, drain the LeSeur Baby Peas and put in food processor and puree. Add hard-boiled eggs and walnuts and process until well mixed. Add sauteed onions and mix with other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. Serve with crackers or party rye. Yummo!!!
