Tomato Sandwiches

Absolutely wonderful summer recipe or a great one for the winter when you just miss a little bit of spring after a cold day!!

1 pint of Hellman's mayonnaise 4 green onions 1 pack of Oscar Meyer Real bacon bits 6 Roma tomatoes - or any other available 2 loaves of sourdough baguette bread 1 bottle of McCormicks Lemon Herb seasoning

Slice green onions to include the tops very thin. Mix onions, mayonnaise and bacon bits in sealable bowl. Place in refrigerator for AT LEAST 24 hours. Slice bread into ½ inch slices and dice tomatoes. Spread mayo mixture on slices of bread and place about 1 teaspoon diced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with lemon herb seasoning. SERVE
