Ingredients
½ cup of shallots, diced
Juice of 2 limes or lemons (about 3 Tbsp)
1 small serrano chile (or to taste), diced small
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper
4 ripe avocados, diced small
½ cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 bag of tortilla chips

Instructions
Combine diced onions with lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and serrano chile. Add diced avocados, cilantro and olive oil. Gently mix with a spoon or spatula. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
