Serve in a large deep glass bowl to showcase all the beautiful colors of Fall.
Ingredients
1 cornbread recipe (after it cools, crumble in a bowl)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (drained - mild or hot if you like)I use mild
1 finely chopped small onion
1 small can of green chilies
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 finely chopped small green bell pepper
1 4 oz. jar of diced pimentos (Drained)
1 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn (drained)
½ cup mayonnaise (plus or minus, enough to make it like dip)

Mix together well and serve with chips, scoops and/or raw vegetable sticks of your choosing. I like to choose veggies with green, red, yellow and white
