Taco Dip/Chili




1 lb ground beef or turkey 1 can pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can black beans 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can rotel Mexican style diced tomatoes 1 pkg ranch dressing mix 1 pkg taco seasoning mix water (optional)

In pot, brown and drain ground meat. Add all listed ingredients. Dip: Do not add any water Chili: Add 1 cup of water and simmer at least 2 hours Soup: Add 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, diced onions, cornbread and/or taco chips as preferred.
