I found this Pepper Sauce and fell in love with it. While experimenting, I came up with this recipe. I'm sure that other pepper sauces will work, but I suggest that you just order this one!
2 lbs chicken wings
Salt and pepper
Dash of cumin
1 teaspoon oil
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce (or similar) from www.thespicetin.com
⅛ cup honey
Hot sauce for added heat to taste(optional)
1 teaspoon butter

dd the oil to a small saucepan. Heat the oil over medium heat and add the garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Turn the heat to medium low and add the pepper sauce and honey. Simmer until it becomes thick and sticky, about 10-15 minutes. Add the butter and simmer a couple minutes more.
While the sauce is simmering, preheat your grill on high and break down the wings. Season them to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Spread wings out on the grill evenly. The grill will flare up, that's ok. Turn the wings often for an even char. Grill until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. (don't overcook)
Remove the wings from the grill and place in a large bowl. Allow them to cool a bit, and pour the hot sauce over the wings. Toss or stir to coat.
Plate and serve with your favorite dipping condiment.
