These meatballs are so delicious, they can be served as an appetizer, as a main dish, with rice, without rice- tastes amazing any way they are served!!
appx. 50 meatballs, 10-12 people
2 lb chopped meat
½ cup water
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup flavored bread crumbs
1 tablespoon. brown sugar
1 tablespoon. lemon juice
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans cranberry sauce
Mix chopped meat, water, salt and pepper, garlic powder, eggs and bread crumbs into bowl.
Separately, add both cans of tomato sauce, cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice into a pot and bring to a boil.
Form meatballs into shapes and cook on medium low in pot of sauce for 40 minutes.
