¼ cup popcorn
2 Tbsp butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup cream
3 Tbsp butter

Melt the 2 Tbsp of butter and pop the popcorn.
In a separate pot melt the 3 Tbsp of butter, add the sugar and gently stir until the sugar has melted and begins to caramelize. Add cream and stir until thick and combined. Add the salt and red pepper flakes.
Pour this over the popcorn and mix up.
