A yummy dip. Serve with sturdy chips or any dipper. For Halloween drop in a few drops of green food coloring.
1 pound of spicy sausage
½ cup of diced green pepper
1 envelope of Hidden Valley Mix dip
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of milk
8 oz. Mexican blend cheese
1-2 shakes of red pepper

Fry sausage and break into small chunks or pieces until cooked through. Add green pepper and cook for a few minutes. Add dry mix, milk, mayonnaise,cheese and red pepper. Either bake or refrigerate for several hours. Bake at 350° for about 25-30 minutes.
