Super Sticky Chicken Wings

Sticky sweet and spicy chicken wings, great for game day.


3 pounds chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon ginger (or fresh ginger pieces) 2 cloves garlic, minced 10 drops tabasco sauce

Blend all ingredients. Pour over chicken Wings. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours in a flat 9 x 12 baking dish. Turn wings over once during baking and baste with sauce. Wings will be browned and sticky when done. Recipe may be doubled.
