Serve with goat cheese on the side and toasted baguettes. Guests are encouraged to place the tomato spread on the baguettes and top with the goat cheese.
½ cup Sun dried tomatoes softened in olive oil
¼ cup Kalamata olives
4 green olives with pimento
8 capers drained
1 clove garlic, finely minced

Place softened freeze dried tomatoes with their olive oil and garlic in Cuisinart and pulse until roughly chopped. Add olives and three basil leaves and continue to pulse until pureed. Additional olive oil may be added to reach a spreadable consistency.
