This dip is excellent with vegetables, crackers, and as a sandwich spread.
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup (8 halves) drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
5 dashes Tabasco Sauce, or to taste

In food processor, with knife blade attached, chop garlic. Add sun-dried tomatoes and process. Add remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is evenly blended and smooth. Great served with snap peas, carrots, jicama, or other favorite vegetables.
