Stuffed Mushrooms

A great appetizer, my family loves them. Easy to make. Goes with anything.

Ingredients

1 lb. small fresh mushrooms 4 slices of bacon, diced 2 tbs. minced green peppers ¼ cup minced onions ½ teaspoon. salt ½ teaspoon. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbs. butter or margarine ½ soft bread crumbs 1 teaspoon. chopped fresh parsley 1 pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

Wash & dry mushrooms, remove stems. Chop stems,set aside. Combine bacon,green peppers & onions. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 mins, stirring once. Drain off fat. Add salt, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce & mushroom stems.Mix well. Fill mushrooms with bacon mixture. Set aside. Mix butter, bread crumbs & parsley. Cook on HIGH 1 min. Press bread crumbs into top of bacon mixture. Place mushrooms on baking dish stuffed side up.Cook on High for 1-2 mins.
