15 lg or 30 small mushrooms 4 strips bacon 2½ Tbsp. onions 2½ Tbsp. butter ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese 4 slices salami ¾ cup flavored breadcrumbs

Remove stems from mushrooms. Cut bacon into small pieces. Fry to remove most of grease. Add onion, mushrooms stems and saute about 10 min. Remove from stove. Add butter, parmesan cheese. Cut the salami into small pieces. Add to mushroom/bacon mixture with the bread crumbs. Stuff the mushrooms. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min. or until very hot. These are also excellent on the grill. I use a mini chopper to chop everything very fine. Enjoy.
